Nowadays we are running like crazy. Our bodies haven't been programmed at this basis and we need to deal with it because we are responsible for our lives.
The first thing that i would suggest you is to take a few deep breaths exactly the moment you wake up in the morning. Without doing anything more or less, just breathe & be.
Meditation is the new healing. It keeps you in the present moment, without keeping your head in worries and fears. Even 5 minutes each day. There is a new challenge that i created on Instagram for 21 days in a row, definitely you can be part of it, #21challengemeditationbyhappiness .
The other thing i would recommend for sure is NATURE. Go for a walk, listen to the wind, the birds, the waves , where you are, just observe and take all these in you. Nature keeps us alive and aligned with our true authentic self.
